A 19-year-old Chassell man is dead after the care he was driving collided with a logging truck Friday morning in Houghton County’s Portage Township. State Police say Alexander James Fisher failed to stop at the intersection of Denton Road and U-S 4, hitting the truck driven by 49-year-old Gregory Keranen of Pelkie. Fisher died at the scene of the crash at about 10:00 Friday morning.
