The M&M Area Community Foundation (MMACF), in partnership with Northeast WI Technical College (NWTC), will host leadership training for community members throughout Marinette and Menominee Counties. The three session class will be held from 9am – 1pm on Tuesdays: February 26th, March 12th and April 9th. Tactics for creating a win-win communication system and exploring the consequences of non-verbal communications will also be highlighted. The final class on April 9th will focus on “Critical Thinking and Problem Solving”. Attendees will learn techniques to examine a problem, explore solutions from different perspectives and review strategies to create successful outcomes.
