On Sunday, Jan. 27, troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) St. Ignace Post received a report of two bodies found outside of and next to a vehicle in a driveway in Mackinac County’s Clark Township.
The deceased have been identified as John Kraska, 76, of Portage, and his 71-year-old wife Joanne Kraska.
The investigation is still in its early stages, but investigators have found no evidence of foul play. The cause and manner of their deaths have not yet been determined.
Troopers were assisted at the scene by the Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department.
