On Thursday, February 28th Ryan Richard St. John and Alesha Marie Ackley-Beaucaine were arraigned on drug charges in the 93rd District Court in Schoolcraft County. The charges stemmed from a joint drug investigation involving Manistique Public Safety Department and the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET).
Ackley-Beaucaine was charged with the below listed counts.
Count 1: Controlled Substance – Delivery of Suboxone – Felony
Count 2: Controlled Substance – Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
Count 3: Controlled Substance – Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
Count 4: Controlled Substance – Delivery on School or Library Property – Felony
Count 5: Controlled Substance – Maintaining a Drug House – High Court Misdemeanor
St. John was charged with the below listed counts.
Count 1: Controlled Substance – Possession with he Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine
Count 2: Controlled Substance – Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine
Count 3: Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin
Count 4: Habitual Offender Fourth Offense
