Marinette County will receive $6,283, Oconto County will receive $4,688, and Menominee County, MI will receive $2,899 in federal funds to supplement food, and emergency shelter programs.
The National Board determines the amount to be allocated to counties and the local boards distributes these funds. A number of conditions must be met to be eligible for receiving funding under this program. These funds are not allocated to individuals but to non-profit organizations.
