The UPHS Regional Blood Center is experiencing a critical need for O-negative, A-negative and B-positive blood types. If you meet the following requirements, please take the time to give the “gift of life.”
Requirements:
Healthy
Hydrated
8 weeks between donations
Weigh at least 110 lbs.
At least 17 years of age
Eat two hours prior to donation
