Allisson Lorraine Gaffney, 30, of Gladstone was sentenced to 9 months in the Delta County Jail and 2 years probation.
affney was sentenced following the entry of a guilty plea as charged to one count of Possession of Methamphetamine, which is punishable by a maximum of 10 years imprisonment.
On November 13, 2018, Officers from Gladstone Public Safety Department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Gaffney. A search of the vehicle revealed numerous used needles and two small baggies containing crystal methamphetamine.
Gaffney admitted it was her methamphetamine and that she was 7 months pregnant.
