Marinette Fire Department received $2015.00 from the M&M Area Community Foundation Fund held at the M&M Area Community Foundation. These funds will support purchasing much needed medical and trauma supplies. This grant correlates well with the mission of the Marinette Fire Department which in part reads “to provide the highest level of fire and emergency services.”
Assistant Chief Randy Pecard, who oversees the EMS division at the Marinette Fire Department is extremely appreciative of the M & M Area Community Foundation and their partnership.
“This grant allows us to fulfill a need of upgrading our medical equipment to better serve the citizens of our community. In addition, this grant will allow us to upgrade our medical equipment in such a fashion so that both response engines will have the same medical equipment in the same spots in the same type of bag for quick access and application. I would like to personally thank the M & M Area Community Foundation for this grant opportunity.”
