The Lake Superior Community Partnership (LSCP) recently assisted Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc. with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their move to Negaunee.
Now located in Negaunee, Michigan, at 109 US Highway 41 West, Steigerwaldt’s new office location has increased accessibility for their clients by being more centrally located within Marquette County. Their office features an open work space for growth and expanding services and has ample parking.
Steigerwaldt offers a comprehensive package of land management services to investment, industrial, and private forestland owners, government agencies, utilities, and land conservation organizations in the Lake States region.
With a history spanning more than 60 years, Steigerwaldt employs a staff of 50 people, forming an integrated team of foresters, arborists, appraisers, GIS mapping and data analysts, real estate brokers and agents, surveyors, and environmental experts.
