The Lake Superior Community Partnership (LSCP) recently assisted Embers Credit Union with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their new branch in downtown Gwinn.
The Gwinn opening follows the recent successful mergers of locations in Munising and Trenary. Now with six locations, serving four communities, Embers brings 65 years of expertise and heritage to the members it serves.
“We are excited to enhance our services for the Gwinn Community and ensure convenient local banking remains in the U.P.,” said Tom Blake, CEO of Embers Credit Union. “This new branch embodies our commitment to fulfilling our members’ banking needs with personalized solutions, right where they live, work and shop. We truly look forward to continuing to help people, families and communities attain their financial goals. Embers helps all people make the most of where they are right now. That’s what we mean when we say ‘Live it UP.’”
Embers Credit Union’s Gwinn Branch is located at 9 E State Highway M35 in Gwinn. For more information about Embers Credit Union, please visit embers.org or call 906-228-7080.
