The City of Escanaba announces another great New Year’s Eve Fireworks Display Show being held on Tuesday, December 31st at 9:00 p.m. sharp. Please note the change in location to be held in Ludington Park where the Fourth of July fireworks display show is held.
“The location was moved to Ludington Park due to high winds last year and fireworks shells ending up in neighboring yards”, stated Recreation Director Kim Peterson. The display area will be over the Aronson Island Bridge to the right.
Parking will be within Ludington Park as there will be no parking over the bridge.
The change in location is to make a safer event for everyone.
