The M&M Area Community Foundation, in partnership with inVenture North Inc., a community-based economic development organization, will host leadership training for community members of Marinette and Menominee Counties. Each of the three session will be held from 9am – noon on Thursdays: March 5th, March 19th and April 2nd. The Community Foundation and inVenture North will offset the cost to participants, which lowers the price to $75/per person, for the series.
The March 5th session will highlight “Premise – What We Do” which includes the topics of leading change as well as focus and vision. The second session on March 19th will review “Process – How We Do It” covering the specific topics of diligence, attitude and passion. The final session on April 2nd will focus on “Purpose – Why We Do It” which includes team building and purpose.
