Aaron Edward Moreau, 40, of Escanaba, was sentenced to 4 years to 20 years in prison for Delivery/Manufacture of Methamphetamine and 4 years to 7 years in prison for Delivery/Manufacture Ritalin. Both sentences will be served concurrently to one another.
On April 15, 2019, the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement South Team (UPSET) conducted an investigation in the city of Escanaba that resulted in the purchase of Methamphetamine from Moreau. Later that day, Moreau was again involved in an investigation with UPSET. At that time, the investigation led to the purchase of multiple Ritalin pills from Moreau.
