Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) is committed to preventing the spread of disease and keeping residents of our counties healthy.
In an effort to reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19, PHDM is now limiting available services.
Beginning Thursday, March 19 at 8:00 a.m., through Sunday April 5 at 11:59 pm, Offices in both Delta and Menominee counties will be closed to the public. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time. Limited services will be available by appointment only. Delta County residents should call 906-786-4111 to request an appointment, while Menominee County residents should call 906-863-4451.
