Body Of Missing Woman Found In Western Upper Peninsula

The body of a missing Watertown, Wis., woman has been found in Ironwood, more than three days after she went missing while hiking at Rainbow Falls.

Gogebic County Sheriff’s deputies say they pulled the body of 22-year-old Stephanie Narvaez from the base of the falls at about 4:40 Tuesday morning. She had been hiking with her friend, 22-year-old Karl Nelson of Milwaukee, last Saturday night when she tried to cross the Black River. She slipped into the water and was carried over the falls.
