It appears that Democratic state representaive Sara Cambensy has won another term in the Michigan House…after trailing Republican challenger Melody Wagner for much of the night,
As of 5:00 Wednesday morning, and 98-percent of the vote being reported, Cambensy had just under 57-percent of the vote, compared with 42-percent for Wagner.
The votes were 26,420 for Cambensy and 19,644 for Wagner. Taxpayer Party candidate Jim Hafeman had 644 votes.
The 109th district covers Marquette, Alger, Luce, and Schoolcraft Counties.
