Christmas season also brings the ringing of bells as The Salvation Army’s main fundraising tool for the year. In a year that has brought many challenges, The Salvation Army expects the need to continue to grow as families struggle through the effects of the pandemic. Since March,
The Salvation Army Marinette has served 2,730 meals as well as provide food pantry, rent and utility assistance. This year the red kettle goal is $70,000. Each coin and dollar put in a kettle adds up to help neighbors throughout the year. To volunteer to ring, sign up online at www.registertoring.com or call us at 715-735-7448. To help ensure the safety of bell ringers, donors and partners, The Salvation Army has adopted nationally mandated safety protocols. Donations can also be made online at www.rescuechristmas.org or ask us how you can start your own virtual kettle!
