The Marquette County Health Department says that it will be a long process before everyone who wants the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to get one.
That’s because supplies are limited right now, and are being rationed out to health care workers, nursing home staff and residents, and other vulnerable populations.
Two vaccines have been approved so far, and it takes time for them to become more widely available, as well as the process of actually administering the does.
For most people, it will be late March or early April before the vaccine will be available. Read the approximate timetable below.
