On behalf of the Marinette/Menominee Communities that Care and the Healthy Youth Coalition, we are happy to announce our first annual Kids Ice Fishing Derby!
The event will be held January 9th from 11am2pm at Red Arrow Park. Fishing holes are now available for purchase at $15 apiece. This is a fundraising event for youth ages 0-14 in our area.
Proceeds will be applied to drug and alcohol prevention education for minors, as well as materials and education to promote healthy lifestyles.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, there will be food, music, and exceptional raffle prizes available. The general public is welcomed to come on down and enter raffles until 1:30 p.m. Prizes include ice augers, popup fishing shanties, taxidermy gift certificates, and many other quality items.
