The 47th Annual U.P. Steam & Gas Engine Association Show is September 2-5 at the U.P. State Fairgrounds. This year features International Harvester and hosts the IHC Chapter 11 State Show.
Over 150 exhibitors will be displaying vintage machinery. A gathering of antique automobiles (1900-1935) will be there as well.
The Antique Village on the fairgrounds will be open, and several local artisans will be demonstrating traditional handicrafts.
Daily parades, a large indoor/outdoor flea market, antique tractor pulls, threshing demonstrations, a working sawmill, and lots of good food.
New activities including a barn dance, tractor games, slow races and decorating contests.
ADMISSION
The gate charge is $6 per person per day. Children under 14 are admitted free. $10 weekend wristbands are also available.

Saturday, September 3: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday, September 4: 9 AM – 5 PM
