The Escanaba Public Library is sharing a New Year, New Me promotion for teens ages 13-18.
Kits include items and activities to promote peace of mind and well-being, including a daily journal, mindfulness techniques, reading suggestions, and more.
“With all the anxieties and stressors today’s youth have, from schooling to Covid and everything in between, it’s important for our teens to take mindful moments to themselves,” says Library Assistant Spencer Robinson. “They can start to learn how to do that with the prompts and tools included in these kits.”
Program kits, which are sponsored by the Friends of the Escanaba Public Library, will be available beginning January 3, 2023, while supplies last.
