More information now on the discovery of a human skull in a wooded area of Menominee County.
Sheriff’s Deputies now say that a probable identification of the remains has been made, and foul play is not suspected in that person’s death.
The skull was found last Wednesday on private property along Swanson Road in Holmes Township. The remains still need to be scientifically identified, and the investigation is on-going with help from the Michigan State Police, Marquette County Sheriff’s Department, and Menominee City Police.
