At approximately 8:45am Chocolay Township Police responded to a single vehicle crash in front of Ace Hardware Harvey.
Upon arrival it appeared the driver had a medical emergency causing the crash. He had no apparent injuries but was transported to UPHS mqt. Board of Light and Power had US 41 S closed for approximately 2hrs working to restore power.
Chocolay Township Police were assisted by Marquette City Police, Michigan State Police and Chocolay Township Fire Department.
