There’s been a fatal traffic crash in Florence County, Wisconsin.
Deputies say it happened at just after 11:00 (CT) Friday morning when one car crossed the center line of US-2 and crashed head-on into another vehicles. It happened near North Cosgrove Road, and it forced the highway to be closed all afternoon long.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene while the other driver suffered non life-threatening injuries. No names have been released.
