The area’s best program for high school students, families, and community members to meet with college representatives is returning to Bay College. Bay College is excited to announce the upcoming annual College Night programs. The first is Sunday, September 10 on the Escanaba Campus in the Besse Center from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Eastern. The second is Monday, September 11 on the Iron Mountain Campus from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Central.
College Night provides high school juniors, seniors, families, college students, and interested community members with an opportunity to meet and speak with college and military representatives.
Jessica LaMarch, Director of Early College and Dual Enrollment at Bay College, is excited about the events. “We love bringing this opportunity to our community. It’s a great chance for people to gather information about future options,” said LaMarch. “It’s important to find the right fit for your educational experience, including aspects such as financial obligation, academic requirements, program availability, and institutional personality.”
In the past, there have been thirty to forty different institutions of higher learning from schools throughout the Midwest, along with military representatives in attendance to offer information to students and their families as they begin to plan out the future. Bay College will have an informational table available as well, to showcase the opportunities that are available close to home.
There will be no better opportunity to obtain so much information from so many sources in one evening. Anyone interested in furthering their education is encouraged to attend. For more information, contact the Bay College Admissions Office, admissions@baycollege.edu or 906-217-4010.
