Trillium House, the onsite care facility providing 24-hour care and support to individuals receiving hospice support services and respite care for those unable to stay at home, has launched a new website at www.trilliumhouse.org.
On the site, community members will find helpful information on support services, accommodations, volunteer information, donor opportunities, a wishlist, employment information, and a slideshow tour of the facility. Additional plans are set for a newsletter and a section on upcoming events. The new site replaces the original site previously found at www.trilliumhospicehouse.org.
“We are excited to finally launch our new website after months of planning and preparation,” said Melissa Cavill, Trillium executive director. “We hope the community finds this information helpful in understanding more about the services we offer for individuals and families through Trillium House.
“At times, people are nervous about stopping by because they are afraid of the type of environment they are going to encounter or are worried it’s something they won’t need. We hope that the warm, welcoming design of the new site encourages people to stop by for a cup of coffee and discuss their options with ease. Then, they can see firsthand our beautiful setting and amazing staff and decide if Trillium House services are right for them,” said Cavill.
Trillium House works in partnership with local hospice agencies to provide 24-hour care and support when family members are unavailable or staying home isn’t a safe option, as well as those in need of respite support. Those interested in learning more about Trillium House services are encouraged to visit www.trilliumhouse.org. Individuals and families interested in discussing services with a member of the Trillium House team can also email info@trilliumhouse.org or call (906) 264-5026 to set up an appointment or have a discussion by phone regarding service options.
