Good news for truckers and haulers in Delta County.
The Delta County Road Commission will be lifting annual springtime weight and speed restrictions as of 8:00 Friday morning.
There are a few roads where the restrictions are going to stay in effect until further notice, including stretches of County Road 503 and County Road 422. Also still restricted: E-3, H-8, H-2, I-2, and K-2.
The list is posted below.
• CR E-3 aka Cedardale 28th Rd – Cornell Twp
• CR H-8 aka 43rd Rd – Maple Ridge Twp
• CR H-2 aka Forest R.1 Rd – Maple Ridge Twp
• CR I-2 aka Thompson 41.5 Rd – Masonville Twp
• CR K-2 aka Finn 18.5 Rd – Bay De Noc Twp
• CR 503 from K-2 (aka Finn 18.5 Rd) to J-20 (aka Ogontz Bay 20.7 Ln) –
Bay De Noc & Ensign Twp
• CR 422 from CR 511 (aka Y.5 Rd) to CR 503 (CC Rd) – Ensign Twp
Restrictions on these roads will remain in effect until further notice.
