Another popular downtown Escanaba eatery has been damaged by fire.
Seven months after the Stonehouse Restaurant burned to the ground, Mo’s Pub, located two blocks away, caught fire this afternoon at around 1:00. The fire started in the kitchen and spread quickly. Escanaba Public Safety is being helped by the Escanaba Township and Ford River Township Fire Departments.
Local law enforcement have blocked off the area and electricity and natural gas have been shut off. There have been no reports of injuries.
