Marquette County Transit Authority (Marq-Tran) is conducting a county-wide survey in which they are seeking input from Marquette County residents–riders and non-riders alike–to help the organization better serve riders and Marquette County more broadly.
The survey seeks information about residents’ familiarity with Marq-Tran, what compels or prevents them from using Marq-Tran services, and their information and communication preferences from Marq-Tran. The survey is anonymous and takes about 2 minutes to complete.
By gathering feedback from a high volume of Marquette County residents, Marq-Tran can better reach residents across the County with impactful and relevant information about Marq-Tran and its services.
