Organizers of the CBC Basketball Tournament in Schoolcraft County say it was a huge success.
They had 27 teams from all over the Upper Peninsula this past Saturday.
Games were held starting at 8 AM at both the Manistique High School and Emerald Elementary – with the final games finishing around 9:30 PM!. Below lists all the brackets with the teams who participated as well as our 1st and 2nd place finishers.
- 3rd Grade Girls:
- Teams: Manistique Lady Gems; Newberry, Big Bay Black Bears; Munising; Lake Superior Lightning

- 3rd Grade Boys:
- Teams: Escanaba; Manistique, St. Francis Red Raiders

- Teams: Munising, Gladstone, Newberry, Brimley, and Manistique White and Manistique Green Teams

- Teams: UP United; Superior Central; St. Francis Red Raiders

- 6th Grade Girls:
