As of Friday, April 3, 2020, all City of Escanaba park playgrounds; basketball and tennis courts; and gathering places are, in compliance with the State of Michigan Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order (EO 2020-21).
The parks are still open for walking, jogging, or bike riding, with proper social distancing. The closures will remain in effect until further notice.
The City of Escanaba is taking proactive steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community. We would like to remind residents that if you are out and about enjoying some fresh air or purchasing essential needs, please practice Social Distancing – remaining at least six feet apart.
