Northern Michigan University will reopen at 5:00, Monday April 13, 2020.
Evening classes will be held, those that start at 5:00 or later. This means online classes that are taught both synchronous and asynchronous will be conducted this evening.
Morning and afternoon classes had been cancelled Monday because of the spring snowstorm because the university was concerned about power outages, which would make it hard for students and faculty to connect with on-line instruction.
