Travel Marquette has unveiled a new program called Hospitality For Heroes. It offers free accommodations for frontline medical professionals at local hotels. The rooms are available to doctors, nurses, EMTs, paramedics and other frontline medical staff who need a place to sleep, recharge or isolate from their families.
The program is being funded by grants from regional and national foundations.
To participate, healthcare workers must fill out an online application and attach a copy of their badge or letter from their employer certifying their license is active.
