Zachery Luke Willingham, 29, of Greenville, Michigan was sentenced to 30 months to 10 years in prison.
Willingham was sentenced following the entry of a guilty plea to Possession for Methamphetamine (punishable by up to 10 years), Possession of Ammunition by a Felon (punishable by up to 5 years), and Maintaining a Drug House (punishable by up to 2 years).
On December 19, 2019, the Delta County Sheriff’s Office, MI conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a broken windshield. The driver initially identified himself as Joshua Davidson, but when no record was returned with that name, the driver told the deputy his name was Zachery Willingham.
It was determined through investigation that Willingham was on parole for Possession of Methamphetamine. K9 Jet from the Delta County Sheriff’s Office alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. A needle and a small bag with white residue were located when Willingham exited the vehicle. A further search of the vehicle located a large amount of United States Currency, a possible drug ledger, rifle rounds, shotgun shells, two scales, and improvised explosive devices. A test conducted on the white residue showed the positive presence of methamphetamine.
