A longtime teacher in lower Michigan and U-P native has been re-charged with molesting two family members when they were eight and ten years old. Local Three News reports 80-year-old Morgan Tatrow will soon face felony charges from Delta County Prosecutor Brett Gardner. Gardner was recently appointed prosecutor after Phil Strom left that post to become Delta County administrator. Gardner says Tatrow was charged by the former prosecutor, but the felony was plea bargained down to a misdemeanor. The alleged assaults happened between 2008 and 2010.
