Two people have been arrested in the Stephenson area on criminal sexual conduct charges involving a minor under 13 years old.
The Menominee County Sheriff says the arrests were made Wednesday afternoon at a home in Lake Township. Detectives say that 44-year-old Travis Thiry was arrested on five counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes, and one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The victim involved was under the age of 13. Thiry remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a $750,000 cash bond.
The other arrest was 38-year-old Rocquel Irving. The charges included are three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of gross indecency between females, and conspiracy to commit criminal sexual conduct. She is also charged with furnishing alcohol to the child. Irving was also in the county jail on a $750,000 bond.
