The boyfriend of a woman found murdered earlier this month in Marinette is now being held in the Marinette County Jail. According to multiple online records, 29-year-old Robert Chilcote was booked Tuesday and is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of 24-year-old Gabriella Cartagena.
Court records show Chilcote previously appeared in Wright County, Minnesota, where he agreed not to fight extradition back to Wisconsin. He is now scheduled to make his initial appearance in Marinette County Circuit Court at 8:30 Thursday morning.
