The 9th Annual Spread Goodness Day is set for this Friday.
Founded in 2017 in Marquette, Spread Goodness Day has spread around the world. The event invites individuals, schools, and organizations to spread goodness together in their communities and on a national scale. Spread Goodness Day has been proclaimed an official holiday in six U.S. States and several cities, with more to come!
Why celebrate Spread Goodness Day? While every day is a good day to spread goodness, by celebrating together our individual efforts, multiplied by hundreds, thousands, even millions, have the power to change the world in just one day.
Did you know that performing acts of kindness, or even just witnessing kindness, has crazy health benefits? It reduces inflammation to the cellular level! It can produce oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and more! Extremely contagious, no risk of overdose.
How to participate in Spread Goodness Day:
☀Participate: Join the celebration by engaging in celebratory acts of spreading goodness on March 13th, 2026. Volunteer, buy a coffee, surprise someone with flowers, host an event. Anything good, goes!
