OSF St. Francis Hospital Creates Patient, Family Advisory Council

OSF St. Francis Hospital is looking for community members to join its Patient and Family Advisory Council. The PFAC will be comprised of patients, family members and caregivers partnering with health care leaders to create a better, more compassionate patient experience.

We are looking for members from all walks of life who have received care from OSF St. Francis Hospital in the past two years and are passionate about making health care better for everyone.

Participants would be a part of quarterly meetings either in-person or online to offer honest and collaborative feedback. If community members are interested in joining or have additional questions, they can call 906-786-3311 or email sfh.pfac@osfhealthcare.org.
