Two Upper Peninsula building component makers are merging.
Wendricks Truss of Hermansville says it is acquiring Skandia Truss. Wendricks was founded in 1975 and Skandia was folunded in 1996. Financial and other terms were not made public in Monday’s press release. Read more information below.
