A former Marinette High School principal facing domestic violence charges has entered a not guilty plea in Menominee County Court.
Justin Bardowski was scheduled to appear in court Monday, but did not personally attend the hearing. Instead, his attorney appeared remotely by Zoom and entered the plea on his behalf.
The case stems from a domestic violence investigation filed earlier this year in Menominee County. During Monday’s hearing, the court scheduled a preliminary hearing for August 11th.
Bond conditions remain in place, including strict no-contact orders, along with requirements that Bardowski abstain from alcohol and all controlled substances while the case proceeds through the court system. The case remains pending in Menominee County District Court.
