A Powerball player in the Town of Stiles kin Oconto County Wisconsin is $150,000 richer.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Kwik Trip on Duame Road in Lena for the August 22nd drawing.
The ticket matched four of the five regular numbers—13, 31, 54, 57 and 65—along with the Powerball of 23.
That combination normally pays $50,000. But the player added the one-dollar Power Play option, and a three-times multiplier boosted the prize to $150,000.
It’s the second major lottery win at the Lena Kwik Trip this year. The store also sold a $31,000 Badger 5 jackpot ticket in May. The winner has 180 days from the drawing date to claim the prize.
The Lena Kwik Trip will receive a $3,000 retailer incentive for selling the winning ticket.
