Limestone Financial Credit Union is proud to announce it has secured the property at 6364 State St. in Garden, Michigan, which is currently undergoing a full remodel to become Limestone FCU’s permanent branch location.
This investment reflects Limestone FCU’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to financial services and strengthening its presence throughout the Upper Peninsula.
Garden was a natural choice for Limestone FCU’s next branch location, allowing the credit union to more conveniently serve current and future members in the area.
Members can look forward to the same exceptional service they have come to expect, delivered closer to home. Once the new branch opens, members will have access to ATM, personalized in-person support, financial education programs at the Big Bay de Noc School, community-focused initiatives, and more.
While the new branch is under construction, Limestone FCU will operate from a temporary location at Garden Grove Retreat & Lodging (6411 State St., Garden, MI 49835, first-floor guest room) every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning October 6, 2026, through November 26, 2026 (dates subject to change).
Office hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. While this temporary location will provide limited banking services, Limestone FCU is pleased to begin serving the Garden community before construction on the permanent branch is complete.

- Small cash transactions
- Limited availability for larger transactions. Please visit our Main Branch for assistance with larger cash transactions.
- Check cashing
Services Not Available at the Temporary Location:
- Money orders and cashier’s checks
- Instant debit card printing
- Members may pre-order debit cards through our Main Branch for pickup at the temporary location.

The new branch will be led by Allie LaLonde, Branch Manager and Training and Development Lead. LaLonde brings several years of experience in the credit union industry and a strong commitment to member service. Her expertise and leadership will help support the financial needs of members, families, schools, and businesses throughout the Garden area.
