The 45-year-old Yankton, South Dakota man accused in the murder of a woman whose dismembered body was found in Menominee County has pleaded not guilty. According to “Yankton.net”, Stephen Falkenberg entered the plea to two counts of murder in the death of Tamara LaFramboise at his first court appearance on Thursday.
A jury trial is slated for August.
Prosecutors say the body was found near a house owned by Falkenberg’s brother in Menominee Township.
