OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group announces Linda Lanasa, PA-C has retired from OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group.
Linda’s last day at OSF HealthCare was Friday, August 2.
Linda has served the Delta County community as an OSF Mission Partner (employee) for the last 24 years, though she has provided compassionate care to the Gladstone community even longer. She began working as an RN at the Gladstone Family Medical office in 1981, prior to its merger with OSF HealthCare. In 1993, she returned to school and became a physician assistant and spent the next two decades seeing patients in the OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group practices in Gladstone and Escanaba.
In 2014, Linda began working on a part-time basis and directed her focus to the care of local nursing home residents.
Hospital officials say Linda’s steadfast care for the people of Delta County will be missed. “We have been blessed to have Linda caring for our families for so many years. She has been a great asset to OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group and we wish her joy in retirement,” said Dr. Kim Johnson, Director of Physician Practices.
