The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest about $2.5 million to install culvert liners, underdrain, riprap, guardrail, and pavement markings on I-75 over the north and south branches of the Munuscong River in Chippewa County.
The project starts Friday and wraps up in October.
I-75 will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
This project will repair deteriorated culverts, increasing safety and extending the lifespan of the roadway
