Delta-Schoolcraft Intermediate School District (DSISD), out of an abundance of caution, has decided to extend the closure of our Learning Center program through Friday, October 9. We feel it is appropriate due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 in Delta County, to extend our closure to monitor our student’s health, and provide more time for staff and students to complete their quarantine requirements.
The Learning Center program will move to virtual instruction on Monday, October 5. Families will be contacted by our instructional staff using a variety of digital tools. We plan to move back to in-person instruction on Monday, October 12. More information on the reopening of the Learning Center for in person instruction will be released on October 9.
All of DSISD’s Career and Technical Education programs, general education and special education support services remain open. This move to virtual instruction only affects the students attending the Learning Center.
