The Island Resort and Casino together with Radio Results Network announce the highly anticipated performance of Faithfully… a Journey and Eagles Experience, planned for March 27, 2021 in the Island Showroom. $20 tickets are on sale now for this one-of-kind tribute to two of America’s most recognized super groups.
During the energized two-hour performance fans re-live celebrated times of rock history from the 70’s and 80’s.
Faithfully began with a vision to pay tribute to one of the most popular American Rock Bands of all time— Journey. It quickly established itself as one of the country’s most popular Journey Tribute Bands because they “faithfully” re-create the music, energy and stage presence of Journey at every show!
Audiences can expect the show’s superstar front man, John Allen, to give an honest from the heart performance. “It’s all about the music and bringing the crowd on stage emotionally,” said Allen, “and connecting to the greatest hits.” Like fan favorites Faithfully, Open Arms, Don’t Stop Believin’ and many more.
The other half of the concert includes an award-winning, “high-impact” tribute to The Eagle’s biggest hits, like Take it Easy, Lyin’ Eyes, and Hotel California. Regarded as a significant contributor to rock and roll’s evolution, The Eagles were ranked number 75 on Rolling Stone’s 2004 list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
Faithfully regularly marks sold out performances across America. It’s two shows in one! A Journey and Eagles Experience not to be missed!
The Island Resort and Casino has also booked American Country Music Awards “New Artist of the Year” (2020), Riley Green, for two big shows, March 5 and 6, 2021. Green mixes his brand of outlaw rebellion with a staunch respect for traditional county music, that stems from years spent with his Grandaddy Bufford Green, who ran the Golden Saw Music Hall in the deep south.
Green released his latest EP “If it Wasn’t for Trucks” on Sept 11. It’s a taste of Green’s new full-length album, which is set to release sometime in 2021. In addition to singing about trucks, Green writes/sings about real life in a way that hits home, with titles like “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” and his GOLDcertified No. 1 “There Was This Girl.”
For this next country music star from Dixie, doors are swinging wide and stages are set for his hometown, feel-good, whoop-it-up style show.
