Marquette County Health Department will be holding a COVID Bivalent Booster (Moderna & Pfizer) and Influenza (High Dose & Quadrivalent) Vaccination Clinic.
Date: Wednesday, October 12, 2022
Time: 11:30pm-2:00pm
Location: Sawyer International Airport (124 Ave G, Gwinn) We will be located in the airport lobby, please look for signage.
What to bring?: Photo ID, insurance card(s), and COVID vaccination card.
Flu shots will be offered for those six months and older, including the high dose vaccine for ages 65 and older. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances; please bring your insurance card(s). If you do not have insurance we accept cash and check. The cost for uninsured children (those 18 years & under) is $10 and for uninsured adults (19 years & older) is $30.
In addition to flu, we will be offering COVID Bivalent Booster. Moderna and Pfizer will be available. Please bring your COVID-19 vaccination record with you. For faster service please visit our website to fill out the consent form – print, sign, and bring it with you.
