A Marinette High School principal is facing criminal charges tied to alleged domestic violence incidents from 2022.
Justin Bardowski has been charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct in connection to incidents involving an ex – girlfriend. According to the criminal complaint, the alleged assaults took place October first and second of 2022 at a hotel.
The complaint states the victim reported multiple instances of physical abuse, including being struck in the face, neck, and arm.
Bardowski was placed on leave from his position as Marinette High School principal back in January, following what the district described as a law enforcement investigation. As of now, his current employment status remains unclear, though he is still listed on the district’s website.
No court dates have been scheduled at this time.
